immutableProperties should be used to populate the corresponding accessors (such as channelType()) already on construction, not only when making FeatureCore ready (fd.o #41654)

Consider making this private, because the ConnectionManager and Account classes provide a nice view to the data parsed by this class anyway (and there's even a higher-level ManagerFile class in between) (fd.o #41655).
